Step 1 – Quote

If requested, a quote is provided. This is not an exact price, but a general figure as to what your project may cost, helping you decide if it is something that you want to pursue.

Step 2 – Questionnaire

If you are interested in our services, we will email you a questionnaire to determine important details about your website such as its size, features, and desired style. This allows you to leisurely think about each aspect of your future website before detailing it in writing. After the questionnaire is filled out, we like to discuss any unclear details of the project.

Step 3 – Proposal

At this point we will provide you with an itemized proposal detailing all that your project will include, its exact price, and required deposit. You can then accept all or only some of the services from the proposal. Based on your choices, an online invoice will be emailed with all of the agreed upon services, their prices, and deposit fee.

Step 4 – Deposit

Deposit fees range between 20% and 50% of the total invoice. This is due before work can begin on the project. When you pay your deposit, you enter into a contract with us and acknowledge that you accept our Terms of Service, Design Process, and the terms of the invoice.

Step 5 – Client Material

If you have any specific images, files or wording that you wish to include in your website, these will need to be submitted at this point. For example, pictures of your products or a description of your company.

Step 6 – Project Drafts

Throughout the design process you will receive project drafts as different parts of the website are designed. The first draft typically involves the website’s layout and navigation menu. Sometimes a draft may include an entire webpage or number of webpages.

You will have 10 days to review the content in a draft. If you do not request any changes within 10 days, the draft will be considered approved. If there is something you do not like, then you may request a revision. After your requested revision is made, you will have 5 days to review and request additional changes.

For information on changing or removing content from your contract mid-project, go here.

Step 7 – Final Review & Project Completion

All project designs are submitted to you when complete for your “approval”. This allows you to conduct a final review and request any modifications. If you determine that the content you approved of in a previous draft is no longer to your liking, hourly rates may apply. However, textual and minor revisions are typically made for free even though previously approved.

We allow up to 10 days for the final review. If you do not request any changes within those 10 days, the project will be considered “approved”. At this point the balance of your invoice is due within 10 days.

After your invoice is paid in full your website will “go live”, meaning that it will be uploaded to your web host. If it is already uploaded, then it will be taken out of “maintenance mode” and you will be provided an administrative WordPress log in for your website.

Step 8 – Your Project Is Complete!

After your invoice is paid in full your website will “go live”, meaning that it will be uploaded to your web host. If it is already uploaded, then it will be taken out of “maintenance mode” and you will be provided an administrative WordPress log in for your website.

Step 1 – Questionnaire

Once you have picked your logo design package, we will email you a brief questionnaire to better understand your needs and vision for the logo. After the questionnaire is filled out, we like to discuss any unclear details of the project.

Step 2 – Logo Concepts

Depending on your logo package or promotion, you will receive a number of concepts. You may select one concept as your logo and request any revisions to that concept. A “revision” would be small changes in appearance, font, or color. All logo packages come with unlimited revisions!

If you do not like any of the concepts (which rarely happens), or need major changes to an existing concept, then a small fee may apply to produce an additional concept.

Step 3 – Your Logo is Complete!

Once you are satisfied with your logo, an invoice will be emailed to you. This can be paid online. After payment, your logo files will be made available for download. It’s a simple as that!
